Ball Bearings are made of hardened rolling elements and races, a separator is used to space the rolling elements and reduce friction. This shielded or sealed bearing is widely used in. instruments and machines to minimize frictions and power loss. The deep groove ball bearing is the most versatile with sealed grease lubrication. Radial loads and thrust-load capacities may be approximately equal in. this bearing. With the proper separator it is very good for high-speed operation. A separator of steel ribbon is used for intermediate speeds and at low speeds, no bearing separator is needed. Because of the simple design and the elimination of a separate lubrication system, these bearings can be found in. numerous applications.

Induction heating is a fast and better controlled method for heating components. It is a safe and environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional heating methods such as ovens, oil baths, or blow torches. These methods generate smoke, fumes, or oil waste and are hazardous. Induction heaters are used in bearings and other transmission components for component fitting applications. Standard and TURBO heaters (low frequency) are used for heating bearings and other drive components for mounting purposes.
BEARING CONDITION MONITORING TOOLS:
Detect the condition of bearings and other rotational and transmission components (pulleys) with our Condition Monitoring Tools. Our bearing condition checker can evaluate bearing shock pulse measurements, it can measure machine surface temperature and it can be used as an electronic stethoscope for listening to machine sounds. Our VibChecker is another tool that is specific to measuring vibration frequency in bearings.
HYDRAULIC & MECHANICAL PULLERS:
Hydraulic and mechanical pullers are ideal for pulling and replacing a wide variety of parts including bearings, bushings, wheels, gears and pulleys. Hydraulic push puller tools help to easily fit or remove bearings and sleeves using either the outer or inner edges. Heavy-duty mobile hydraulic pullers can be used for dismantling heavy-duty bearings, couplings, gears and other parts. Mechanical pullers are suitable for extracting bearings and rings that fit flush with other parts.
Hydraulic cylinders, pumps, jacks, and more are used to create hydraulic systems for lifting. Heavy-duty hand pumps feature a forged construction for industrial applications. Hand pumps are equipped with one of our hydraulic cylinders, which come in a variety of different configurations. For instance, our aluminum hydraulic cylinders are up to 60% lighter than our steel cylinders. Hydraulic jacks are another option for jobs with limited space, like repositioning of machines and mounting tools.
