Ball screw assemblies are efficient in converting rotary motion to linear motion. A series of precision steel Ball Nuts are offered and 2 optional mounting brackets for flange mounting or base mounting. Ball nuts and brackets are compatible with 16 mm diameter ball screws. Ball nuts are anti-backlash.

Ball screw assemblies produce greater than 90% efficiency in converting rotary to linear motion and have long life expectancy. Precision Ball Screws are offered in a various pitches and lengths and are available with machined and non-machined ends. Lengths longer than 3 m are available on special request.

Acme Lead Screws are made of durable, high-quality stainless steel. Unlike electroplating, the anti-corrosive properties of stainless steel are not subject to frictional wear, which makes these lead screws ideal for corrosive environments. Acme lead screws are an adaptable, cost-effective solution to many linear motion applications. Acme lead screw assemblies are also well suited for vertical motion applications. The large contact area between the screw and the nut result in high-load capacity and prevents back-driving.

Lead Screw Nuts come in a variety of sizes and a number of starts. Bronze nuts have the highest load capacity and require lubrication. Acetal nuts are very low friction and are highly efficient. Turcite® (Acetal, PTFE & Silicone filled) offers exceptionally long operating life due to its excellent wear characteristics. Anti-backlash nuts are also available.
