The Shaftloc® Fastening System
Shaftloc® is a patented fastening system that makes use of a simple two piece construction to secure rotating components to a shaft.
Commercial Bore Reducers
Inch-to-inch and inch-to-metric bore adapters are offered in aluminum and brass in a wide variety of sizes. Bore adapters with thicker walls may have a slot extending into opposite wall for additional flexibility. O.D. and I.D. tolerances are maintained before slitting.
Precision Locking Hub Bushings
Locking hub bushings are designed to fit components with limited hub O.D. and eliminate the need for keys or splines.
Precision Fairloc® Shaft Collars
Precision Fairloc® Shaft Collars with integral bearing shim spacer provides more holding strength than set screw collars. Fairloc® Shaft Collars are offered in brass, black oxide finish and stainless steel for 1/8 up to 3/4 size shafts.
Precision Fastlock Shaft Collars
No tools are required when using Fastlock Shaft Collars. Slide the stainless steel collar to the correct position onto the shaft. It is now locked in place. To release, hold body of collar and pull release ring. This allows the collar to be easily removed.
Commercial Shaft Reducers & Extenders
Stainless steel precision shaft extensions, inch and metric sized Fairloc® shaft reducers and extenders and stainless steel shaft reducers and extenders are offered in a wide variety of sizes. Other bore sizes not listed are available on special order.
Precision Telescoping Ball Splines
Stainless steel telescoping miniature ball splines are compact in design and feature zero backlash, low inertia and accommodates 1/4 axial motion. These spines may be mated to the S57PY5-… and S57PY4-… series of universal joints to make telescoping universal joints.
